Details:
Some items that have the freight free logo can attract a delivery fee when a country drop is required. Freight free may apply to metropolitan areas only. Should this be the case the customer will always be notified prior to shipping.
Some manufacturers have a minimum purchase value or quantity, before freight free is enacted. Kenson Hotel Services will notify the customer prior to shipping.
Commercial addresses are defined typically as commercial real estate.
To qualify a loading dock, or suitable unloading ramp is required that may come with a pallet jack or forklift. Businesses being operated from home, apartments, or where people live on the premises are not considered as commercial addresses.
Ground floor delivery is the only option for high rise buildings by the carrier.
Express delivery can be arranged with the cost being calculated in the following manner.
Base delivery cost + weight or volume X distance factor = Total Express Delivery cost.
Kenson Hotel Services will verify this cost by using the carrier real time costing facility.
Kenson Hotel Services will arrange deliveries where the billing address is different to the shipping address provided a physical address is given and not a P.O. Box, along with a contact name and phone number where possible.
Orders will generally arrive within 4 to 10 working days depending on the location and the freight method used. If you need to expedite delivery please contact us by phone to ensure we can meet your delivery schedule.
